I usually lean Maduro in this line, but the Natural does go well with coffee. The profile introduces a rich and nutty blend of cocoa with some pepper mixed in. The retro is smooth with only a touch of pepper appearing. Good draw and burn.

La Gloria Cubana

Had to make it past the intro on this one. The initial aroma was very pungent with no flavor and a funky burn. Luckily, that quickly turned into a mix of dark chocolate and molasses with an odd zing. The rest of the cigar burned well with a good draw, but the flavor just seemed odd in general.

Hiram And Solomon

Second review, greatly improved with 18 months of rest. The first time I tried the cigar, it had almost no flavor and the wrapper came apart. Now there are notes of cream and leather with hints of spice. The draw was clean and the burn only needed minor touch-ups. Much better this time around.

Rocky Patel

Honestly, there's not a whole lot to the profile of this cigar. There's a very subtle touch of wood tones but the profile is mainly of baking spice. The draw was smooth with a ton of smoke, but the wrapper started unraveling halfway through so the burn had to be touched up all the way down.

Repeated review. This is one bold, deep, and toothy. The wrapper is dry as before, but the construction is immaculate. The draw is smooth with a ton of smoke. The flavors bring out espresso, earth, and black pepper. Very clean burn line all the way. Came from Texas Cigar Fest 2024.

Black Label Trading Company

With a full year and a half of rest, this one allowed to flavors to shine through. Profile brought out a ton of dark cocoa, some leather, and baking spice. Some pepper came through on the retro. The draw was smooth with a lot of smoke output.

Adventura

Consistent & duplicate review. Smooth notes of chocolate, leather, caramel and coffee come through. Added subtleties of toast and spice show up as well. Great construction and draw, with an incredibly even burn.

CAO

First time trying the Noche, and it is a dark out blend full of bold coffee notes. The profile is extended with a strong black pepper retro. There is a ton of smoke thanks to a smooth draw.

Viaje

This is a pretty smooth blend with creamy notes of cedar and baking spices. The burn line was absolutely flawless, thanks in part to solid construction and a very smooth burn. With well blended flavor, this is worth repeating.

Arturo Fuente

Already an elegant cigar, but so smooth in the A size! The profile notes bring out cedar & spice with a super creamy feel. With a smooth draw, the burn is perfect with a lot of smoke output.

Black Label Trading Company

A bold blend here, full of earth, cocoa, wood, and leather. There was a moment it turned bitter, but it smoothed out quickly soon. The draw was smooth with a very clean burn.

Te-Amo

Here is a very dry cigar, in both the wrapper and in flavor. The profile brings out leather, savory spices, and subtle cocoa. Well constructed, the burn was very even and incredibly slow.

Tributary

In terms of flavor, this was very dark, with notes of bitter earth, dark coffee, and black pepper. However, the construction was horrible, with many soft spots like it was under packed. Although very smokey, it had a terrible burn that needed correction every half inch to keep manageable.

Asylum

Although a sweetened cigar, it wasn't too bad. The profile added some fruity cream notes to that sweet strength. Not my favorite type of cigar, but worth trying out. The clean draw and the decent burn were better than expected.

Hiram And Solomon

At first the cigar had little flavor, with just a touch of leather on the profile. Gradually as the smoke went down, a little creaminess and a touch of spice built up. The draw was smooth the entire way, but the wrapper cracked halfway down and blew open.

Epic

As generally would be expected from a habano, the flavor profile on this one is primarily sweet spice and black pepper. There are also notes of cedar and a little coffee. The draw was incredibly smooth throughout the cigar, but a couple touch-ups were needed on the burn.

Tributary

Odd cigar, first trialed under this name then (if information is correct) released as Jenn Dawn. Construction was incredibly soft and weak, and this caused the cigar to burn hot at times. The flavor profile consisted of hazelnut, bitter ash, and a little bit of harsh pepper. Something just didn't work right on this blend, hoping it was corrected before the full release under the new name.

Artista

This is one bold, deep, and toothy cigar! The wrapper is dry and textured, but the construction is immaculate. The smooth draw produces a ton of smoke, presenting flavors of espresso, earth, and black pepper. Very little pepper comes through the retro, but a tad of chocolate joins along. Very clean burn line all the way.

Time Out Cigars

A bold cigar that never gets bitter, this one brings out flavors of dark chocolate and various spices. The construction is solid, with a very smooth draw producing a ton of smoke. The burn only wavered a little, correcting itself with no adjustments needed.

Ave Maria

This cigar is definitely a bold one. The dark oily appearance translates directly over into the flavor - notes of robust coffee, dark chocolate, spice, and some earthiness. The fairly open draw produced a ton of smoke, while the burn remained incredibly even without needing any corrections.

La Aroma de Cuba

The profile on this is absolutely fantastic, bringing buttery and creamy notes of wood with undertone of a chocolate similarity. They draw has just the right amount of resistance, producing a decent amount of smoke with an absolutely perfect burn.

Diamond Crown

Always a solid smoke! A very elegant cigar in general. Primary notes consist of dark chocolate, cedar, and some molasses. The pepper very gradually increases but stays balanced. Not overly smokey while producing a ton of flavor.

Viaje

Smoother than expected, but still full of wood tones, subtle earthiness, and black pepper. The draw was open without producing a whole lot of smoke. The burn kept trying to run on one side and had to be corrected often.

Sancho Panza

A medium bodied cigar that actually has some pretty good flavor notes to it. Hits of cedar, cooking spices, and coffee come through consistently. There are touches of cocoa as well. The draw was smooth, and the burn stayed fairly even the entire way through.

Definition

Fantastic construction and burn all the way through. The draw was a little tight but remained smokeable. Flavor points consist of heavy cedar notes with a chalky smoke body, with white pepper gradually growing in strength.

Black Star Line

Medium body. Flavor notes were pepper, cedar, cinnamon and sweet bread in the 2nd third. Strength picked up at the final 3rd. Overall a good cigar!

Second review, first one smoked over a year ago. Flavors seem to be better pronounced now with a full year of rest. Instant notes of toasted nuts and leather, but now with an additional note of a subtle chocolate feel. Very smokey and much better draw than before.

Hoyo de Monterrey

A milder cigar with an almost nutty profile. Further flavor consists of a sweet but savory cream & coffee blend. Minimal body on flavor, but both the draw and burn were immaculate.
