Dissident

It's been awhile since I've enjoyed one of these. This one is the 2021 edition. Super dark and robust flavor with a hit of pepper at the first draw. Strong pepper comes through on the retro. Although the profile is darker, the creamy feel keeps it bold without being too harsh. Great draw and decent burn as well.

Liga Privada

Consistent & near duplicate review. The profile brings out pepper, cedar, and leather in a well balanced mix. The draw was super smooth. It stayed consistent and provided a well even burn. Smooth cigar throughout.

Black Label Trading Company

This is one absolutely robust and dark cigar. The blend hits strong with notes of earth, pepper, and dark coffee. Even though the tone is dark, it never gets too bitter. The draw was open, the burn was perfect, and it produced an immense amount of smoke output.

La Galera

This one hits with a profile of black pepper and sweet spice. The spice never gets too intense but stays level and flavor. The draw and burn remained even and adequate throughout.

Drew Estate

A good staple blend here. The profile consists of a heavy but creamy leather note mixed with some cedar. Most of the spice appears primarily on the retro. The draw is smooth with a ton of smoke output, but there were a few corrections needed to prevent the burn from running on one side.

Room 101

This cigar is full of meaty spices with a pepper undertone. There are notes of chocolate that appear as well. After several years, this has some age on it that makes it super smooth and enjoyable.
