Always love this cigar, this one has been resting for two years. Dark chocolate and almond comes through balanced with just the right amount of spice. No harsh tones, great smoke. Perfect draw and an absolutely great burn line.

Crowned Heads

Repeat review of a great blend. This one was purchased 6 months ago and burned incredibly well. The medium profile provides notes of spice, cinnamon, and some woodsiness. The output was smoky and very pleasurable.

Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust

Consistent review, this one has just over 3 years of rest since purchase. Notes are of gentle earth blended with smoother profiles of leather and woodsiness. The draw had a slow clean resistance to it, while the burn stayed fairly even.

Adventura

Repeated review, a year of rest on this one. The blend brings out a rich profile of spice, earth, and some creamy wood notes. The retro starts out floral with a red pepper finish. Construction was solid with an almost perfect burn. The thick foil band provides a very clean presentation.

Crowned Heads

Repeat review, this one with 16 months of rest. The medium bodied profile provides notes of spice, cinnamon, and a little woodsiness. The draw is clean and smooth, very acceptable. A clean presentation as expected with previous years of this cigar, with a great burn.

Adventura

Consistently smooth blend - an amazing cigar at each encounter. Notes are full of cocoa, coffee, and a little vanilla at the back end. Some bits of dried fruit pop in at times. Good burn and a bold feel the entire way. Steady draw & flavors presented throughout with clean transitions.

Wildfire Cigar Co.

An exact duplicated review of my last encounter. This blend is surprisingly smooth, with flavor notes of cream, wood, and a meaty spice similar to umami. The spice takes a moment to appear, stays for awhile, then gradually tapers down. The burn tried to run but after a single correction it stayed true. A fairly pleasant cigar worth returning to.

Freud

Repeated review, at 18 months of rest. The flavor profile is complex yet clean. Notes consist of cream, wood, and a subtle touch of pepper. The retro brings out some red pepper. Construction seems flawless, the draw is smooth, and the burn is absolutely perfect.

Warfighter

For a budget cigar, this turns out to be a reliable smoke every time. The basic notes are wood & pepper with a little coffee on the backend. A little zing can tingle the tongue as well. The burn is great and the smoke output is ridiculous.

Plasencia

Repeated review of a great cigar. The flavor overwhelms your palate with notes of dark cocoa, leather, cedar, and various spices. The draw is just about perfect with a ton of smoke, while the burn stays decently even the entire way.

Davidoff

Always a great smoke with this one. A very woodsy smoke with touches of spice throughout. Aged tobacco comes through with a super clean balance. A very smooth draw and firm construction for a very enjoyable smoke.

Gran Habano

This cigar is about 18 years old, from before the name was changed to 3 SLS. Slap full of wood, leather, and spices. Construction was fantastic, leading to a clean draw and burn. All that age did this one justice,!

Punch

Consistent review - 2.5 years of rest. The flavor profile gives a mix of milder sweetness, pepper, and earth tones. Solid construction and perfect burn this time. Smooth draw that produces a decent amount of smoke output.

Rojas

This one is an unsuspecting spice bomb. Initial draw presents earth mixed with heavy savory spice. Very quickly though, that profile expands into intense red pepper with a little bit of cocoa on the backend. Very smoky with an open draw, and the burn was decent.

Jose Dominguez

Let this cigar rest for 15 months and had no idea what to expect. The wrapper felt chalky, and the construction was firm. Flavor notes brought out a medium body of dark chocolate and leather. There was a little bit of pepper that only appeared on the retro. The draw was smooth, and the burn only needed a little bit of help.

Rebellion Cigars

This one had an interestingly sweet but spicy profile to it, including extra notes of pepper and sweet coffee as well. The draw was incredibly smooth with a ton of smoke, and the burn only needed a single correction along the way.

Punch

Consistent & duplicate review, with 2+ years of rest on this box. A shorter smoke with sweet pepper and nuttiness that is blended quite well. The shaggy foot lights very well, and the cigar stays reliable overall. This one works for many occasions.

Esteban Carreras

Full of leather, coffee, and spice this one did not disappoint. The draw was a tad open, but it didn't prevent the flavors from coming through. A very clean burn kept everything fairly level. A decent smoke in general.

The 2023 blend brings out dry wood, a touch of mocha, and black pepper. This time, unlike last time, the burn was incredibly even and slow. The draw was open and produced a good amount of smoke.

Consistent & duplicate review, with 2+ years of rest on this box. A shorter smoke with sweet pepper and nuttiness that is blended quite well. The shaggy fooot lights very well, and the cigar stays reliable overall.

Rebellion Cigars

A fairly smooth blend with enticing notes of white pepper, leather, and some random hits of citrus. The draw was open with decent smoke output, while the burn only needed one minute correction. Pretty solid smoke.

Cruce Del Tobac

Another first time smoke from the brand, this one was very enjoyable. The flavor brought out a mix of sweetness and pepper that was very well blended. With solid construction, the burn progressed evenly and pleasantly.

Repeated review, 13 months rest. Flavor profile is as to expected with robust coffee, dark chocolate, and spices. A fantastic blend with practically no bitterness. The burn stayed dead even, although the draw was a tad tight this time around.

Medium body flavor that pleasantly presents of roasted wood and cedar. Well balanced blend for any casual afternoon.

Dark coffee and smooth chocolate appeared even more than the previous experience after resting for a few months. Almost perfect draw as well.

Casa Magna

Second review, much better flavor this time around. The tobacco blended nicely with gentle earth, allowing pepper and wood tones to arrive later. Firm construction, a smooth draw, and a decent burn line.

E.P. Carrillo

Been a bit since I've had one of these. It's a little fireball of flavor. Alternating notes of cedar and straight up red pepper provide intense hits of spice. Easy draw, but the burn needed a little help this time.

Cornelius & Anthony

From 2018, this is a pretty smooth smoke. The profile consists of baking spices, moreso cinnamon and nutmeg, some fruity sweetness, and an intense punch of pepper on the retro. There was a soft spot in the center, but it did not seem to affect the burn.

Here's one I go back to from time to time. Found this one in the bottom of the humidor with 2 years of rest since purchase. Smooth yet bold, with notes of leather and subtle molasses. Great draw and decent burn.
