Mardo Cigars

Second review, this one having just over 2 years of rest. The blend is creamy & smooth with notes of cedar and baking spices. The beginning portrays some toasted bread that backs off gradually. The draw was great but the burn needed a few touch ups to stay even.

Second review, unfortunately inconsistent from the first a few months ago. The flavor profile brings out cedar, coffee, & red pepper. However, the draw was weak so the flavors did not come through as well. The cigar was severely under packed, causing a very airy draw, and it did not want to stay lit on its own.

Second review, with this one having rested for 16 months. The profile brings out strong wood tones with prominent baking spice and subtle floral notes. The draw and burn are both almost perfect.

Cracked cap? Smoke it backwards! Continued review with 11 months of rest. Thick leather, minerals, and a zesty spice blend together nicely. Even though it was smoked backwards, the draw was smooth and the burn remained fairly decent.

Consistent review with a year of rest on this one. A smooth & flavorful profile with a blend of chocolate, coffee, earth, and a touch of pepper. A slightly resistant draw this time still with a very decent burn line.

Enjoyably consistent reviewed, this one from my 2014 box. The flavors bring cedar with some sweet grassy notes. Red pepper comes through well on the retro. Clean draw as always with an excellent burn.
