Bongo Ron's Cigar & Lounge

Cold draw brought forth raisins. This cigar is a bit bolder and spicier than expected. Retrohale retains its spice throughout. Tough to pick out flavors as the spice is prominent. Wrapper imparts some bitterness.

Decided to celebrate National Rum Day with this cigar. A bold little smoke with some rum taste. Relaxing. Great smoke output. Retrohale quite peppery throughout.

Wrapper looks like leather. Cold draw has sweet spice to it. Don't let the Honduran tobacco fool you; this is a full stick with a long peppery finish. The burn line has been pretty bad, but I let it go out twice. A bit nutty and fuller than expected.

What a twisty treat this barber pole is! The transitions between the candela and maduro wrapper are phenomenal. Construction is excellent. The burn line is strange at times, but seems to correct itself. Trying this for my 9th wedding anniversary (August 13, 2012). Very enjoyable and different. Thus far my top Oscar choice.

Another tasty cigar under the Davidoff umbrella! It started off with a little spice in the retrohale, but quickly mellowed to a cedar tastiness. Easy to smoke and reminiscent of Dominican tobacco around the halfway point.

This was another delicious cigar! The Connecticut wrapper provided its usual tang on the lips. The Dominican fill really made me enjoy the flavor. On par with the Ashtons, but at a lower price point. (This cigar is made under the Davidoff umbrella)
