Pretty Connecticut wrapper, few veins, almost seamless roll. Scent of hay and grass, barnyard in the foot. Sweet cap, reminiscent of crème brûlée. Perfect draw, plenty of creamy smoke. Can’t quite identify flavor notes. Some harshness in the palate, slight bitterness (not off putting though). In the last third I get leather and charred oak, it gets bolder and stronger… Quite a nice, unusual cigar

Arturo Fuente

Elegant looking cigar. Medium dark Cameroon wrapper, some veins, barely visible seams. Excellent, box worthy cigar

Romeo y Julieta

Nice, smooth Connecticut wrapper, slightly soft foot. Good draw, perfect burn throughout. Mild cigar, flavor notes are coffee, walnut, some spice on the tongue. Slightly harsh on the palate. Leathery notes take over in the second third, the coffee is gone. It remains smooth and balanced until the end, although some bitterness starts appearing that I don’t enjoy too much. The first third ist the best though

Plasencia

Nicely rolled cigar. Pretty, medium dark, smooth wrapper. Good draw, maybe a tad loose Plenty of creamy smoke. It starts with nutty and woody notes, very smooth and balanced, very light spice (black pepper?). Medium bodied. Gets stronger in the secod third. Flavors darken, some earth comes through. The cigar remains smooth and balanced to the end. Perfect burn throughout. The price is a bit high for what if offers, but it’s a very enjoyable cigar I’ll certainly buy again

Plasencia

Beautiful cigar, smooth light wrapper. Well filled, no soft spots. Great draw from beginning to end, perfect, even burn with razor sharp burn line. Lots of creamy smoke. It starts with creamy, wood and nutty notes. Light pepper. Very pleasant, smooth and balanced throughout. Gets stronger in the last third with leather, coffee notes.
