Unholy Cocktail

Diesels are such heavy hitters, some days that's what you're really craving. Today is that day for me. It wasn't a bad day at work but it was a long day. Since about 2pm I've been craving this bad boy and it's definitely hitting the spot. Earthy, leathery, and salty, which I usually don't taste much but I've been trying to reduce my sodium intake lately and this is the first cigar I've noticed it. Almost like soy sauce. Retrohale is super peppery. The burn is slightly uneven but burning well all around. Draw is nice and open from the straight cut. Ash is an inch long after 30 minutes. Smoke is just pouring out from the foot and the head which means the 56 gauge is burning nice and strong. I might also be smoking too quickly but it's tasting good and burning great so I'm going to continue what I'm doing. The burn has evened out entirely now and is burning even all around. Ash is now half the length of the cigar, about 1.5" remaining. Ash ended up burning down to the nub before falling off. Can't get much better than that!

Always a solid smoke for getting work done!

Nice smoke for a rainy day in southwest VA. The draw on this cigar is perfect in my opinion. I really enjoyed it and will again after the others age for a bit.

The cap wasn't on straight so it was a little annoying to smoke but still good as always

I wasn't too focused on the cigar today as I was working while smoking, but I enjoyed the cigar
