It's a great looking cigar with pleasant notes of coffee and earth. It's the type of cigar you pull out to flex just how unique your cigar collection is. Outside of it flashy appearance it's somewhat of a hassle. Good luck getting an even burn out of an open foot Perfecto with tobacco twine wrapped around it. Also plan to have your draw tool handy as the draw is extremely tight. It's certainly a fun cigar to pull out for just the right occasion but I could imagine the blend would be more enjoyable in a different vitola.

Wow, what a great cigar! Aside from some slight imperfections on the wrapper and some splitting near the head, this cigar left very little to be desired. Now I'm not a fan a sweet tips but this one was by no means overwhelming. The flavors and aroma left me wishing it would never end. I will say it's not the type of cigar I would want to smoke every night. However when you need to satisfy that sweet tooth it will definitely deliver. Smooth and creamy notes of sweet tobacco, chocolate, vanilla, and fruit fill the palate. Tons of smoke filled the air carrying that unmistakable aroma of pipe tobacco. When you can enjoy a cigar this much while fighting a splitting wrapper you know it's Box worth.
As a side note... I attribute the crack to not allowed time for the cigar to acclimate. I don't know if it due to the pipe tobacco, but I've heard it recommend to set this one out for a half hour or so before lighting up.
So the draw was really tight to begin with. So much so that I couldn't keep it lit. I ran a draw tool through if a few times, knocked the ash off and relit. After the first third it opened up and became a much better smoke. Outside of the initial draw, the construction was as close to perfect as one could hope for. Holding a tight 3 to 4 insh ash the burn was darn near perfect. I really enjoyed the well balanced flavors and just the right level of strength for an after dinner smoke. I will definitely revisit this one.
This one has me a little puzzled. I get notes of espresso, leather, and pepper with some bitterness throughout. At first the pepper and bitterness was off-putting to me. By the end it seemed to work. At the very least I'll be trying it again just to see if I can decide one way or the other.
Smooth! Toasted earth, coffee, chocolate, and a slight sweetness. Plenty of smoke with a decent burn and a perfect draw. I will certainly revisit this one.
