Purchased in Curacao, always a good one. The profile brings notes of wood, heavy leather, and meaty spices. A good amount of spice carries over to the retro. The cigar is heavy & well packed, with a draw that has just the right amount of resistance. A few touchups needed on the burn this time though.

With 16 months of rest since purchasing in Curacao (before the bands were updated), the profile has blended together nicely. Notes of oak, heavy leather, and meaty spices come through. The cigar is heavy & well packed, with a draw that has just the right amount of resistance. A very clean smoke.

This blend is a smooth blend with a chewy thick smoke, bringing out incredibly smooth notes of leather and wood. Some pepper comes through but only on the retro. Very clean draw always for a good amount of smoke with an almost perfect burn.

Third review. This is the last one I from the original banding, purchased in fall of 2024. Clean simple blend with notes of wood and touches of black pepper. Very smooth draw and clean burn.

A milder cigar in terms of flavor, with a nutty beginning that progresses into more of a clean wood tone. Subtle notes of baking spice pop in at times, primarily on the retro. Due to the shape and box press, the draw has a slight resistance to it but still pulls well. Purchased this one a year ago, with the previous banding.

Macanudo

It's been a couple years since I smoked one of these. It's dark but still silky smooth. Deep smoke output with a sweet aftertaste, just a touch of pepper on the tongue. Good draw but the burn needed a little help this time.

Second review. This time with the updated banding. Clean notes of general tobacco wíth touches of black pepper and a little woodsiness. Better draw than the first production batch.

RL Narcos

A very pleasant experience. Flavors primarily consist of cedar and cinnamon. The draw is clean, and the burn only needed a minor correction. The construction is solid overall.

Marvanny

First off, a VERY tight draw, but somehow the burn stayed very even. Flavors consist primarily of cream, chocolate, and just a little bit of spice. Although this is a good cigar, if the draw was better this would be an amazing smoke!
