Camacho

Repeated review. The flavor consists of coffee, chocolate, and pepper. Bold but not harsh. A great draw and super clean burn created a great smoke session. 15 months of rest, came from TGS25.

Room 101

19 months of rest on the box, and it has definitely smoothed out tremendously. The profile is a deep & bold blend with earthy tones. A good bit of smooth chocolate also comes through. The draw has definitely smoothed out and produces a lot of smoke. Firm construction and an even burn.

Tatuaje

Second review, the last one coming over 2 years ago. This one has been in the humidor for a little over 18 months. The profile was heavy of some charred wood, with blended in notes of chocolate and pepper. The draw was fairly smooth, while the burn only needed a couple minor corrections.

Punch

This is a pretty dark & oily cigar, but the flavor isn't deep & earthy like I expected. The profile brings out notes of leather and pepper mixed with a strong nutty tone. The draw was smooth, but didn't produce much smoke. However, the burn stayed fairly even.

CAO

Repeatedly consistent & duplicate review. Dry leather tones & espresso blended profile. The draw & burn were absolutely perfect with good smoke output. Construction was solid as generally expected.

Rocky Patel

Simply a basic & decent cigar. The profile has some spice to it, but the rest is mostly tobacco & ash. Although the appearance is simple, the draw is open and the burn self-corrected each time it got off point.

Plasencia

An often repeated & almost duplicate review. Coffee, cream, and a little backend spice come together in this blend for a boldly balanced profile. The construction & draw were immaculate. The burn needed a couple minor touchups this time, which is rare. This one came from the TGS26 box.

Sindicato

Here's a Nicaraguan Puro that is incredibly smooth & creamy. There's just enough leather and baking spices to keep it interesting. The smoke billows smoothly with a great draw and burn as well.

Protocol

This one ended up being a pleasant surprise, with notes of cedar, leather, and spice on the palate. The retro brought out a decent amount of pepper. The draw was smooth with plenty of smoke. The burn needed several corrections to stay even, though.

Hoyo de Monterrey

Repeated review, almost 2 years of rest on this one. The appearance is a bit rustic but it still burned pretty well. No corrections were needed, as it send-corrected each waver. The flavor is simple, with earthy tobacco and some creamy notes. The retro had just a slight zing this time.

Montecristo

Consistent review, now having 2.5 years of rest. The profile is full of chocolate, coffee, and a light mix of pepper & spice. Some nuttiness appeared with the coffee pairing. Flavors stayed true without any bitterness, allowing the rich tobacco to pull through. The draw was smooth and open.

Arturo Fuente

This is among the milder flavor profiles, bringing mostly just wood to the palate. On retro, there's some pepper & zing that comes through though. Although the flavor is minimal, the draw and burn were fantastic, pushing out a ton of smoke.

Don Lino

Repeated cigar, this one from TGS26. A very airy cigar with notes of nuts, hay, and earth. There's only just a tad bit of pepper. The burn stayed even although the draw was very weak.

Plasencia

Consistent review, with balanced yet notes of cocoa, spice, and nuttiness. Draw was slightly more open than usual but still had an exceptionally slow even burn. Due to the pairing, some nutmeg spice was portrayed this time as well. This one has been resting for 2.5 years.

Henry Clay

Duplicated review with 19 months of rest now. The profile brings spiced cedar with very creamy undertones. The draw is clean with a ton of smoke production. The construction was solid, while the burn remained perfect.

Caldwell

Although minimal, the flavors were of basic wood & coffee. A small bit of spice appeared at the end. The burn seems to be inconsistent on this blend, but this time it was very even with a smooth draw. Much better than the last experience.

Kafie 1901

This particular stick is from 2020, before the bands were changed and the production moved from Honduras to the Dominican where they are now. Although the draw was airy, the flavor was still strong and full of cream, coffee, nuts, and dark chocolate. The smoke output is intense on this one with heavy spice on the retro.

HVC

First time smoking this blend, and it was a fun surprise. The flavor profile on the pallet is that of well blended but sweet spice. However, the retro pushes an absolutely intense amount of red pepper. The construction was firm with an incredibly even burn.

Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust

Consistent review & always delicious. Notes include pepper and a "meaty" spice. The rich tobacco stays true throughout the entire smoke. Immaculate construction, decent draw, and an even burn.

Romeo y Julieta

This course is a lighter and smoother blend, with notes of lightly toasted sweet bread and baking spices. A little bit of pepper comes through on the retro, not nothing too strong. The open draw enabled decent smoke output as well.

Adventura

A very reliable, duplicate and consistent review. Creamy light pepper with great smoke. Notes of spice and wood also come through. The retro is smooth with a balanced tone of pepper. An almost perfectly even burn with a smooth draw due to solid construction.

All Saints Cigars

Repeated review. The one has a bolder profile, with notes of creamy dark chocolate, espresso, and cedar tones. The the draw was very smooth, allowing a considerable amount of smoke output, but the burn needed a couple corrections this time.

Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust

Very consistent review of a great short smoke. Notes of mixed cocoa, coffee, earth, and pepper all blended together to make a good blend. Solid construction with a great draw that burned super smooth and even.

A smooth little banger from DTT. The profile is well balanced with notes of caramel, pepper, and earth. Although the burn didn't stay clean, the draw was easy and consistent.

Plasencia

Repeat cigar, a year of rest this time. Full of spice with a subtle blend of nuts and honey. Insanely smokey with a clean pull. The draw was just about perfect. Unfortunately, this one didn't want to stay lit and needed several corrections.

Tatuaje

This version of the Verocu is a little pepper bomb. The profile brings out a ton of red pepper and wood tones. Fairly solid construction led to a very smokey butt decent burn that needed a single correction.

Espinosa

Repeat & duplicated review. Very consistent here. Immediate pepper leads into some cream and cedar throughout the rest of the smoke. A gentle experience overall with an adequate draw and burn. This one has aged over 2 years, coming from TGS24.

Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust

Repeated review, absolutely fantastic! Flavors of dark chocolate, pepper, and sweet cinnamon come through blended together. Elegant appearance, but the draw was a little too airy this time. Still a great smoke.

Ozgener

This is a straightforward cigar in terms of flavor, but a reliable one. The profile brings out bold espresso with subtle notes of wood and baking spice. The draw was open with a good amount of smoke, and the burn only needed a little help.

Hoyo de Monterrey

18 months rest did this cigar very well. Black pepper, leather, and a little cinnamon come through boldly but smoothly. The solid construction provided both great draw and burn.
