The first time I had this was a great experience. Not so much this time. The wrapper was very thin and cracked in several spots. A very generous usage of glue on each band resulted in tears on the foot and second third. This is one of my biggest complaints with foot bands. Sure they look good but your forced to remove them on a cold cigar. Any amount of excess glue present a problem. I'll probably purchase again, but I don't know that I would've planned to pick up another had it not been for a good experience the first go around.

A wonderful blend with an immediate kick of black pepper. It pulled back a little on the pepper and presented creamy crackers and a touch of sweet earth and wood. The strength is definitely there and the smoke was dense and chewy. My only complaint is with the construction. I expected a little more form Ashton. The burn was terrible and required touchups throughout. The ash was brittle and held less than an inch at a time. I definitely plan to pick up a few more with hopes that they will burn better.
