Just as the name of the cigar portrays, the flavor profile hits incredibly strong with pepper and an underlying note of cream. Touches of Earth come through at times as well. The draw is open and the burn stayed very clean.
It's a nice warm Friday evening so I'm sparking up the Supreme Creme and reading The Ultimate Cigar Book by Richard Carleton Hacker. A great cigar to pair with a great read. Lots of fruity, yet almost bitter flavors appear first with a nice earthy backbone. Wonderful construction, a near perfect razor sharp burn stacking nickels of ash. Even with the strong gusts of wind the ash is holding on over an inch and a half so far. The ash dropped after about 2 inches but the burn stayed razor sharp throughout. Fantastic cigar overall!
Draw is a little tight but still putting out quite a bit of smoke. It's a bit less peppery than I was expecting based on the name, but it's definitely creamy with a bit of sweetness, almost like it's sugar-tipped. There's a cedar flavor with some espresso, and a slight pepper note, but the sweetness is most noticeable to me. The burn is slightly askew but still burns pretty evenly. Ash dropped after about an inch and a half, 3 inches left in the cigar. The wrapper has a slightly oily sheen and is a nice Colorado claro color. Now halfway through and approaching the band, there's a buttered toast/croissant flavor that popped up but still sweet with cedar notes. Down to the nub, the sweetness is still very strong with the cedar. Very flavorful!
Very nice. Quick burner , messed up light but was easy to correct . Very peppery on tongue at first,.subtile sweet notes to follow. Would definitely buy again
