Appearance: chocolate brown wrapper, damage near and under the main band but doesn't affect the smoke. Sharp box press.
First third: not as spicy as expected, coffee, a hint of creaminess. Medium.
Second third: creaminess lessens but doesn't disappear completely, some slight pepper picking up, coffee, woody, a hint of sweetness now and then Still medium but moving toward full.
Final third: pepper really picking up, otherwise about the same still with the coffee and wood and occasional sweetness. Getting a bit tannic. Burn getting lopsided. Flavor balance improved after correcting the burn. Full.
Burn and construction, at least on this example, were just ok, draw was just about perfect, and it had lots of nicely aromatic smoke production.
