THIS CIGAR AGED PERFECTLY! Never had to force a puff. 3 big ash stacks for the whole time smoke (began to canoe at one point but was easy to correct) A true finger burner in taste… I remember I was quite disappointed with the last one but this was just so good. I don’t have any notes, just shocked by what 2 months have done to this cigar.
The first White Perla I smoked was one of the worst cigars I’ve ever had and going into this smoke, I didn’t expect much. However after a month in the humidor it has become a much more mellow and subtly flavorful smoke. Notes of Lemon, pepper(light), toast, and carmel were present throughout the smoke.
In fact, I quite enjoyed the flavor for a simple Saturday morning puff. Great draw and a surprising even burn. My only real qualm is that the wrapper had cracked at the tip and flecks of tabaco were scattered inside the sleeve.
