Wonderful! Part of a CRA sampler pack and well worth the price of the entire sampler. Absolutely loved this cigar from start to finish. Lit with the cedar that was wrapped around it and paired with Penelope Cigar Sessions No. 1.

Christmas Eve smoke. Paired with Whisky Jypsi Legacy Batch 002. This cigar keeps getting better with age, absolutely delicious. Perfect choice for a special treat on a holiday night.

Great smoke for a cool fall night. Once again amazed at how evenly this one burns, barber poles always either burn very unevenly or come unraveled on me. This is the exception other than one touch up after a longer than usual break between puffs this was an excellent straight burn.

My Father

Not sure if it was the pairing, Penelope Cigar sessions vol. 1 or something else but this was the first time I’ve ever really enjoyed this cigar. In the past it’s always been ok but tonight for whatever reason it just hit perfect. Absolutely wonderful.

Diesel

Surprisingly great cigar. Great flavor with a good burn and a fairly loose draw. Paired well with an old fashioned.

Perfect burn, excellent draw and wonderful taste the whole way through. Always look forward to this cigar and haven’t been let down yet.

My Father

One of my personal favorites. Burn required a few touchups but other than that still a wonderful smoke.

Gurkha

Took a chance on a Gurkah because it was blended by AJ Fernandez. Flavor was good and could definitely tell AJ had his hands in it but construction was far from great. Ash consistently fell within half of an inch and burn was very fast. However burn stayed straight the whole way through and flavor overall was rather pleasant. Not one I’d buy again and not quite worth the price point but overall not a bad smoke. Better than most of the Gurkah smokes I’ve had.

Diesel

Used to be my go to brand. Much lighter than I’d expect from a Diesel but a great smoke nonetheless.

My Father

As a big fan of My Father this was by far the mildest My Father I’ve ever had. Far from disappointing it had wonderful flavor just not the usual punch I get from the other cigars but n the My Father lineup.

Rocky Patel

Excellent smoke. Nearly perfect burn and great flavor.

One of the best cigars I’ve tried. Bought a box when they were released based purely off my love of the My Father brand and wasn’t the least bit disappointed. Now I’m just trying to make the box last by only smoking these on special occasions. This was meant to be my New Years Eve smoke but I was sick so put it off a few nights until I felt better and was able to enjoy it. Don’t have any Scotch at the moment so made a “southern godfather” using JD Sinatra Select. Paired pretty good with this cigar.
